In 2014, officials with San Diego-based Pinnacle Hotels USA, founded in 1998 by Bharat Lall, announced the completion of the Four Points by Sheraton’s $3.5 million renovations. According to Bharat Lall, the extensive rennovations took 18 months to complete.

Pinnacle purchased the property (formerly a Holiday Inn) for around $17.4 million in 2011. Originally constructed in 1970, the round 220-room hotel, located in downtown San Diego, California, now boasts a newly renovated lobby, updated meeting rooms, as well as an updated fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. Newly added valet service, proximity to the Convention Center and free airport shuttles make it an attractive option for business travelers and tourists alike.

The Four Points by Sheraton offers quality on-site amenities and uncompromising service near some of San Diego’s most notable landmarks, including, Balboa Park, the San Diego Concourse, the Gaslamp Quarter, and Little Italy. It also features a full-service restaurant and bar, and rooms with a spectacular view of the San Diego skyline.
